Little Winnie had a rough time getting through cancer treatments and looks forward ("like you can't imagine!") to ringing the bell at Akron Children's at the end of December celebrating the end of treatments. Winnie chose to go to Florida and visit all the parks and the entire family had a perfectly delightful wish week. Winnie is not a "crowd" person and she mostly loved the shows - Lion King and Beauty and the Beast simply thrilled her! She also greatly enjoyed meeting the characters at all the parks - Disney Princesses, Minions and more! Mom says that both of the kids immensely enjoyed Give Kids the World Village, and some days decided to stay there rather than venture out. The family was so sad to come back home, but has a heart completely full of memories, and looks forward to ringing that bell soon at Akron Children's to make cancer one of them!
