Born with multiple heart defects causing congestive heart failure and numerous surgeries, Wishes Can Happen heard that this family was hoping to take their kids to Disney. We got in touch, and off they went! It was a wonderful respite for a family that had been through so much. Eli's smiles were non-stop!
