Happily sharing every detail of her wish with anyone that will listen, little Hannah quickly steals the heart of all she meets with her endearing personality. Born with a severe congenital heart defect that has caused little Hannah to endure multiple open heart surgeries, Queen Elsa was absolutely honored to meet Hannah at Disney.
