Born with many medical problems, Dallas will need lifelong care due to mobility and other issues. Wishes Can Happen helped to ease the burden of each day by purchasing a special lift to enable his parents to transport him to school and other activities outside of the home. We also surprised him with a tricycle built just for him that will allow him to spend more time outdoors on trails enjoying nature. We're sure his wish will make his life and that of his family so much easier!
