Sydney has had so many challenges over the past few years, repeated long hospitalizations and a complicated diagnosis. To say it has been difficult for this teenager and her family is an understatement. We were so happy to give them a wonderful wish week that included not only Disney, Universal and Sea World, but some time at the beach to unwind and be together without doctor appointments! The whole family had the time of their lives!
