Lucianna has faced more challenges in her life than most could ever imagine - so you can imagine how thrilled we were to grant her heartfelt wish! We surprised her the Sweet 16 Wish-A-Thon this year in August and told her that she was going on the wish of her dreams - to DISNEY, UNIVERSAL AND SEA WORLD! Mom said it was absolutely exhausting - they ran so hard and so fast, taking in every experience they could! But, if you scroll thru these pics - you'll see that mom and dad had a couple special moments (caught them stealing a kiss)!. Lucianna and her sisters made a memory they will most certainly never forget!
