We'll be back at the Quarry Golf Club in East Canton.

Cost is $125 per person ($500 for a foursome).

Registration Deadline: July 21 (must be pre-paid). Please register online using the form below, or download this form and mail the form to the address shown on the form.

Cost includes breakfast,  lunch and dinner plus beer, water and soft drinks.

We will offer prizes to our 1st and 2nd place teams, as well as prizes for the longest drive and closest to the pin. Purchase your Mulligans, Skins and Raffle Tickets with your online registration or at the door.

SPONSORS: If you sign up to be a sponsor at a level that includes golf passes, please contact Megan Bishop to register your golfers. Do NOT list the golfers in the spaces below because it will charge you for the golfers for which you are already receiving passes.
